At Made by Katie, my mission is simple: helping amazing charities to shine online with stunning, effective websites. It’s all about making an impact, and I’m here to help you do just that.

Nope! Unlike some websites, you don’t need to create an account to use mine. I like to keep things simple and easy, because who needs another user account to keep track of?

Access is on a temporary basis (I mean, it’s the web—nothing’s forever). I might tweak or take down the site without notice, or WIX might fall out the sky, and I won’t be held responsible if it’s unavailable. If you need access, make sure you’ve got the tech in place to do so, and anyone using your internet connection better play by these rules too!

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT? NOT HERE.

As much as I love collaboration, you can’t post comments, reviews, or content here. Keeping it simple means maintaining the quality of the services I offer.

I provide services (making awesome websites), and payments are collected through invoices. Because this is a service-based business, there are no refunds. So, once we get started, we’re in it together! But everything is outlined in a service agreement which you get to review before moving forward with any project.

7. AGE RESTRICTIONS
My services are created for individuals and organisations aged 18 and over. I don’t market to anyone younger, but if you’re a young person with advocating a cause and need an awesome website, just have a parent, guardian, or your chair of trustees reach out to me first. They’ll need to join in on any discovery calls and handle all the important paperwork. Let’s work together to bring your vision to life— just with a little grown-up help!​​

All the designs, trademarks, and content you see on this site? Yup, that’s mine. Please don’t copy, distribute, or use anything without my explicit permission. If you need something, just ask!
